Yilong Hou is currently a PhD candidate in Biostatistics at the University of California, Berkeley, working/mentored by Professor Mark van der Laan. His research interests primarily lie in HAL, NPMLE, and survival analysis. His other work research interests include TV penalty and Convex optimization. Recent work has been in HAL for density estimation.
