Poster Presentation Guidelines

Specifications for Poster Presentations

  • All poster sessions will be held in-person.

  • Poster displays will be limited to half of one side of a 4 foot by 8 foot tack board. The recommended poster size is 30’’ by 40’’, with a maximum dimension of 42” by 42” (or 106 cm by 106cm). • Posters must be removed from boards at the end of their poster session. All remaining posters after will be discarded.

  • Poster presenters were allocated to each session completely at random

Submitting your Poster Online

  • As part of this year’s hybrid ACIC, we ask that all poster presenters also upload a pdf of their poster to Whova to facilitate poster viewing by online participants and judges. Please name your pdf [abstract submission #]_[Presenter’s last name]_[Title of abstract] (ex. "312_Smith_Causal Inference and ACIC).  Pdfs larger than 100MB will not be accepted.
